Micro Stone™

Micro Stone™ is repellent, easy to care for and extremely durable, however we recommend you look after your fireplace in the following ways:

  • All spills and marks should be wiped away quickly with a lint free towel or cloth, however stubborn stains can be removed with warm soapy water and a small cleaning brush. Alternatively you can use a ‘Mark and Stain Eraser’.
  • In the event that any spill or mark on the Micro Stone™ is not removed straight away, a small amount of bleach can be used, followed by warm soapy water.
  • If coal is dropped on to the hearth, it should be removed and any coal dust vacuumed or brushed away with a dry cleaning brush.
  • Although high heat will not discolour Micro Stone™, we can not guarantee the effects of natural sunlight and therefore recommend the position of ornaments / objects placed on your fireplace to be altered every few months.
  • Candles should be placed in a candle holder with sufficient surface area to catch melted wax.
  • To avoid natural dust build up, vacuum once a week using the brush attachment.

Designs

  • Be Modern Group hold design copyright and registration of design for its product ranges. Be Modern Group are continually striving to improve and develop their range of products. It is important, therefore, to check details before ordering as sizes and specifications may change without prior notice. Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy and colour, it is not always possible to obtain perfect reproduction because of the materials and printing processes used, and you may find that shades, natural grain markings and marble colouring are not consistent. Be Modern Group do not advise the placing of articles that are extremely hot or liable to stain on their fireplaces. There is a technical specification available; for further information, please apply to the Be Modern Group.
